Private & Semi-Private Lessons
Private lessons are a great way for beginners to become acquainted with yoga in a comfortable environment before attending public classes. Whereas, individualized attention allows advanced practitioners to explore asanas and aspects of yoga not typically presented in public classes. I also offer private lessons and consultation for those learning to work with injuries or medical illnesses. Privates can focus on physical practice, breath work, meditation or any combination thereof.
Corporate yoga is a great way to increase employee health, morale, and productivity. Classes can be tailored to your needs and offered in studio or at your location.
